Plasson has a range of specialized fittings designed to create a strong, watertight connection between polyethylene (poly) pipe and various other pipe materials.
They are engineered for plumbing, irrigation and water supply pipelines and feature our reliable compression design with an O-ring, grip ring, and nut that securely grips both types of pipe.
These fittings come in various configurations like couplers and elbows to join pipes of different sizes, such as 25mm poly pipe to 3/4 inch copper pipe.

Color Coding
To avoid confusion, the nuts are color-coded - the black nut connects to the poly pipe, while the terracotta-colored nut connects to the copper pipe.
Grip and Seal
As the nut is tightened, a stainless steel grip ring compresses onto the poly pipe and an O-ring creates a seal with the copper pipe.
Common Uses
Connecting the poly pipe at a water meter to the copper riser that goes into the building.
Replacing sections of old copper pipe with more durable and flexible poly pipe.
Joining different pipe materials in irrigation systems.
Bridging sections of pipe that are in different locations or run in different directions, such as when using an elbow fitting.

PLASSON SPECIALIST FITTINGS
Universal Slip Repair fittings are a special type of pipe fitting designed for repairing damaged pipes or joining a wide range of different types of pipes (plastic and metal) by providing a longer, stop-free body that allows for "zero-force" insertion.
These fittings can be used to bridge gaps over damaged sections of pipe or to connect two separate pipes where a standard coupling, which has an internal stop, would not work.
As with all Plasson compression fittings, the coupler creates a secure, watertight seal that strengthens under pressure.
SPECIALISED CONNECTIONS
Plasson Modular Adaptors are a type of plumbing fitting used to connect two sections of pipe together without an intervening section of pipe, ideal for tight spaces.
These adaptors are suitable for a wide range of applications, including water supply.
Application: used in plumbing systems to connect pipes for conveying water and other fluids, suitable for applications like urban infrastructure, farming and landscaping. They can be used in both high and low-pressure situations, are rated to PN16, and are available in various sizes.
